A project of a series of alternating classes for children with special needs is underway. Four sessions filled with surprises, creativity and experiences, at the end of which they continue to the next adventure. As part of the workshop, parents and children are invited to a warm and empowering family experience, combining fun, creativity and success. In a safe and adapted space, the children will experience touch and flavors, create a delicious and special product with their own hands, and experience the sense of pride of making something themselves. The activity allows for quality time together, strengthening self-confidence and independence, and creating sweet moments that can be taken home. The workshop is led by Keren Dolev Cohen, a chef and emotional therapist, who facilitates workshops in educational and social cooking for people with special needs. Her work combines the world of cooking with personal development, the acquisition of life skills and the strengthening of the sense of competence. She creates a safe, creative and empowering space, in which participants experience success, independence and enjoyment through their work in the kitchen, based on the perception that food is a tool for connection, communication, personal expression and growth.
