In a practical and experiential workshop we will learn simple and effective tools for self-defense, practice basic techniques for coping with risk situations and discover how body language, awareness and the right response can strengthen our sense of security and capability. Because the power to protect yourself begins with knowledge, awareness and the confidence to act. The workshop is designed for women and girls aged 12 and up, without the need for prior experience. You can come together, mother and daughter.
